The event will feature in-depth tours of the production facility with winemaker August Deimel, followed by a tasting of new and not yet released 2013 white and rosé wines paired with local cheeses with assistant winemaker Meg Tipton. Wines to be previewed (all 2013 vintages) include two Gewürztraminers, Vignoles, Dry Rosé, and Semi Sweet Riesling, the last wine created with a special fermentation process which will be explained in the tour. Small group tours will be held on the half hour, and will last about one hour.
