This year’s theme will be “All Freedom to Ring for All God’s Children,” and the Hon. Stephen T. Miller, Rochester City Court Judge and Executive Pastor of the Church of Love Faith Center, Inc., will serve as the keynote speaker. The celebration will include a dance performance by Fisher students, poetry readings, and a scholarship presentation.
